Hint: You can also use the "Delete" button in the job detail screen to delete a job or use the search feature to delete multiple jobs; A locked job is associated with an invoice and CAN NOT be deleted. The job must be first removed from the associated invoice before it can be deleted
Job status automatically changes as invoice status changes. Available statuses:
1. "Uninvoiced" = A job without an invoice
2. "Invoiced" = A job associated with an UNPAID invoice
3. "Paid" = A job associated with a PAID invoice
Hint: Change invoice status or remove job from invoice automatically changes job status or unlocks job.

Income graph displays snapshot of accumulated income over time. The income pie chart displays paid income .vs. unpaid income.
1. Touch "1w", "1m", "3m", "6m", "1y" to view income of different periods. Total accumulated amount is displayed under neath the chart.
2. Slide finger from left to right on line chart to view the paid vs unpaid pie chart
Hint: Touch the red "on/off" icon to hide the charts; Turn device sideways to view chart in full screen

Setup time rounding option allows rounding of recorded time. i.e.: 30 mins UP setting rounds off 1h15mins to 1h30mins

GetPaid! database backup requires a computer with web browser and Wi-Fi connection to your iPhone or iPod touch

The build-in currency converter allows user to conveniently converts foreign currency to local currency when add a new job or add a rate

4. Input amount and touch the currency button on the keypad (i.e.: $USD)
5. Select foreign currency (i.e. EUR)
6. Touch "Done" on the keypad
7. Touch "Done" on the currency conversion screen
Hint: The keypad also contains basic calculator features; You can also use the currency converter to convert foreign job rate to local currency job rate.
The navigation bar at the bottom of the screen holds 5 quick access icons. You can customize the icon orders or replace them with icons from the icon "Configure" screen
