TeasureBox allows user to change the main screen layouts and re-arrange category icons.

A. Change loyout view:

Simply press the layout icon (top right corner of main screen) to switch between icon view and list view layouts.

Hint: TreasureBox remembers last used layout view.

B. Arrange category icons:

1. Press "Edit"

2. Press and drag a wiggling category icon to the desired position

3. Press "Done" when finished

Hint: You can drag a category icon across different pages; you can also arrrange icons poisitions while in list view mode.

You can add, delete or personalize an existing category with custom field names and properties.

1. From the TreasureBox home screen, press "Edit"

2. Press "+" to add a new category, or press and select a wiggling category icon to personlize

3. Edit or input a catgory name

4. Press "Add Photo" to assign or create a category photo

5. Press "Add Field Name" button to add new field names

6. Press "-" to remove any undesired field names

7. Press and drag the sort icon to re-arrange field name orders

8. Press "Save" when done

Hint 1: When use "Add Field name", you can select multiple items from the list; Goto "Settings/Manage Field Names" if you want to create new field names that are NOT on the list.

Hint 2: You can select a category icon from the preloaded clip art library; A default stock photo will be assigned if no photo is selected.

Hint 3: To delete a category while in "icon view layout" (see how to customize screen layout?) edit mode: press the "x" on the corner of wiggling category icons. You can also use multi-touch swipe to delete category while in list view layout.

Set the most frequently used category as the favorite category saves time when when view or create items.

1. Press "Settings"

2. Press "Favorite Category" and select desired category

2. Touch "+"

3. Input item name

4. Select item photo from photo library or use camera

5. Fill out field values

6. Press "Save" when done

Hint 1: There are no limits to how many photos you can load as long your device has enough storage space. If you do NOT assign a photo, TreasureBox will assign a default stock photo.

Hint 2: Press the "Wish" button when adding a new item will place your item directly in the wish category; Press the WISH icon on your tab bar to see all wish items.

Hint 3: Field properties are defined for the overall category, Edit category to customize field properties (see How to personalize categories?).

More: You can also edit an item and press the "Delete" button at the bottom of the screen to delete the item.

3. Select "Descending" or "Ascending" order

4. Select the desired field names to base sort order

5. Press "Done"

Hint: Field names may vary depending on categories.

You can share a single item or multiple items in your collections. You can share via Email, post to Facebook or Twitter.

A. Share by Email:

1. Select a category

2. Press the share icon (direclty under the "+" icon)

3. Select one or more items and press the "Share" button

4. Select the "Email" button

5. Input receipient email address and press "send"

Hint: Items are presented in HTML format and only the 1st photo of each shared item is included. Some web based email inbox may not display item photos within HTML.

B. Post to Facebook:

1. Select a category

2. Press the share icon (direclty under the "+" icon)

3. Select one or more items and press the "Share" button

4. Select the "Facebook" button

5. Press the "Connect" button to login to your Facebook account"

6. Press "Share", then "Publish"

Hint: Due to Facebook connect limitation, photos can ony be placed in your Facebook's photo bucket. You must login to your Facebook account to approve all share photos.

C. Post to Twitter:

1. Select a category

2. Press the share icon (direclty under the "+" icon)

3. Select one or more items and press the "Share" button

4. Select the "Twitter" button

5. Login to your Twitter account and press the "Send" button

6. Press "Share", then "Publish"

Manage share allows you to customize category properties to share. By default, all field names for all categories are turned ON.

1. Press "Settings"

2. Press "Manage Share"

3. Select a category

4. Select desired fields to turn ON or OFF

Manage pick list allows you to edit pick lists or create your own list.

1. Press "Settings"

2. Press "Manage Pick List"

3. Select a pick list or Press "Add New Pick List"

4. Change or input a pick list name, i.e.: "My Colors"

5. Press "-" to delete values or Press "Add Value" to add new values, i.e: red, black,etc

6. Press "Done"

Manage field names allows you to customize category properties.

1. Press "Settings"

2. Press "Manage Field Names"

3. Press "Add Field Name"

4. Input a field name and select field type

5. Select auto fill value or press ">" to set custom auto fill value

6. Press "Done"

Hint 1: Select one of the seventeen field types provided or select pick list as a field type

Hint 1: Backup file will NOT work with any desktop applications. It can only be used to restore back to the TreasureBox app!

Hint 2: WiFi backup or restore requires your device connecting to the same network as your desktop or laptop computer.
