A. Yes! We use your cell phone carrier's email to SMS gateways to deliver your SMS messages; however, your standard SMS rate plan may apply when receiving SMS messages.

Q.Why do I need to select cell phone carrier?

A. Each cell phone carrier has unique email to SMS gateways to deliver SMS messages. We need to know the carrier name so we can properly route the message.

Q.What should I do if my cell phone carrier is not on the list?

A. Contact your cell phone carrier and ask for their email to SMS gateway information. We will incorporate it to our app.

Q.Can I send SMS reminders to my mom who doesn't have an iPhone, an iPod touch or an iPad?

A. Yes you can! As long as she has a phone that receives text message.

Q.Why can't I send reminder to more than 3 people at one time?

A. We impose the limitation to prevent using this app for spamming. We may consider lift or increase the limitation in the future.

Q.How do I use the companion website to manage my reminders?

A. You can manage reminders via www.runawayapps.com/MasterMinder. It's a tool to allow you view or delete prescheduled reminders in case you lost or don't have access to your device. You can not create new accounts or new reminders from the website because it's only a companion tool to the MasterMinder app on your device.

Q.How do I disable badge notification?

A. you can disable the MasterMinder badge notification from your device's setting. Goto your device's "Settings/MasterMinder" and turn off badges.

Q.How do I sync my iPad and my iPhone?

A. Simply login to MasterMinder using the same user account and it will trigger automatic syncing between the devices.

Q.Does MasterMinder work in different time zone?

A. Yes! MasterMinder works globally.

Q.Will there be an iPad version for MasterMinder?
